Absolutely! We have the flexibility to incorporate any type of individual audio files (MP3, WAV, M4A, etc) and audio from widely recognized streaming platforms such as Spotify, SoundCloud, or Apple Music.

The vinyl records manufactured in our facility look and feel as good as vinyl records found in retail outlets. Our cases are sealed with cellophane over-wrap.
We don’t customize the album cover or vinyl sticker photos you upload. However, we have created an instructional video on how you can do this yourself for free using Canva. Just click here to watch it!
The album cover photo must be 3675 x 3675 pixels / 12.25 inch x 12,25 inch.
The center sticker photo must be 1200 x 1200 pixels / 4.0 inch x 4.0 inch.
Absolutely. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and a link to monitor the status and location of your package.
Once an order is placed, our team immediately begins the customization process. Due to this rapid turnaround, cancellations or modifications may not always be possible. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order.
We do not accept returns for our products unless an item is damaged. This is because each order is customized to meet the unique preferences of our customers.
