Return & Exchange Policy
At House of Records, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom vinyl. To provide you with the best service, we offer a 30-day return and replacement policy.
We stand behind our products. Our 30-day return & Exchange Policy does apply to all orders. Because each record is a one-of-a-kind custom creation, we manage returns and refunds based on the following criteria:
Defects & Quality Issues: If your record arrives with a manufacturing defect, skipping, or audio issues that materially affect the playback, we provide a 100% free replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations: You can receive a full refund at any time before our artisans have started the production of your custom record.
Personalized Items: Our 30-day return policy is fully integrated with our Quality Assurance Guarantee. Since each record is uniquely crafted to your specifications, we focus our return process on ensuring the final product matches your requested audio and design. If for any reason the craftsmanship does not meet the standard, we will provide a resolution within our 30-day window, including free replacements and return.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
If you need assistance, please follow these simple steps within 30 days of receiving your order:

Include your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.
Attach a photo or a short video/audio clip of the defect so we can expedite your resolution.
Shipping & Costs
Return Shipping: If a return is required We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label you can download/print, the return cost is $0.
3. Content Responsibility ( pre purchase agreement ) : You are responsible for the content you submit to us for production and storage. You are required to obtain all necessary permissions for submitted content, including audio, video, data, graphics, text, or any other content that may be required from third parties. You warrant that your products do not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use any copyrighted material and only use the product for personal use.
4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us and our officers or affiliates harmless from any costs, expenses, attorney’s fees, or liability that we incur if you use our service in any way that is incompatible with our policies or violates any law.
5. Account Information: Customers, publishers, and content providers are required to provide us with their name, phone number, email address, and a password. Customers are also required to provide us with their address, credit card information. We use this information to send out orders and provide customer service. We store names, addresses, and order details to improve customer service. We use your account information only to conduct normal business operations. We will not provide your information to any third-party for any purpose other than conducting normal business operations.

We reserve the right to review and delete your content from our system at any time and for any reason, but we are not obligated to monitor the content of your submissions. The content of your submissions is your responsibility.We reserve the right to reject any or all of Your Content if we determine, in our sole discretion, that Your Content is inappropriate or otherwise inconsistent with the exercise of good judgment. Our processing times vary depending on demand and production requirements. In some cases, it may take longer to produce your vinyl record, especially during peak periods. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the current processing time on the website at the time of purchase. All processing times are stated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
However please note that the estimated production time provided at the time of purchase is only an estimate and may change. Production processes can occasionally encounter unforeseen issues, such as technical difficulties or supply chain delays, which may result in longer processing times than initially expected.
Shipping Times:
Shipping times provided on our website are based on average delivery estimates from USPS and UPS. These estimates are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.
Delays and Responsibility:
We are not responsible for any delays in the arrival of your package once it has been shipped. While we strive to ensure timely processing and shipping, the delivery time is ultimately dependent on the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS).
